nice place you found that avatar.. idiot.
If you think I'm stealing avatars, I made that pic by taking this image, switching it to grayscale, and vectorizing it with GraphicConverter..

If you think I'm stealing software, then by all means go ahead; sue me if you think you can prove anything.

And if it's because my sig had an image over 40pix high, notice my # of posts. I just didn't know. Sorry. I will happily change it.

btw, if you feel you must continue this argument, PM me. Don't clutter up the thread with any more meaningless shite.

Forgive my dumb asking, but I've seen quite some snapshots without a HD icon. Is it manipulated or hidden in any way ?

Go up to "Finder" in the menu bar, go to "Preferences", click the General tab. Deselect "Hard Drive" under "Show these items on your desktop".

Dumb asking forgiven.

Are your dock-separators slimmer than the rest of the dock icons, or is it just an illusion?

and is that a YENX desktop?

FYI, the duranium icons are back up. I e-mailed w00ge and he wasn't aware that the site was down. Problem fixed.

You may want to try Adam Bett's Industech icon set with that setup you got there. The folders aren't as good as the rest of the set; but the rest of the set is pretty impressive..

just a thought

Thanks, what does it do exactly? Does it display how one would write the words at the top in kanji?

The reason I ask is because I've forever been looking for a site or an app where I could type in english words and then have them translated into an orient simbol...

This is my first post from my new 15-inch Powerbook

I just spent most of the day so far getting it set up the way I like it. (Had to install software...Office, Dreamweaver, Transmit, Unison, Quicksilver, etc...)

Nothing special, just SmoothStripes, default Konfabulator widgets, desktop by DigitalJames. God, it's hot here...

No problem, here it is...

1600x1200

I just purchased a brand new Apple Cinema Display 20", and will be revising this wallpaper to fit my new 1680x1050 resolution. I also took out the orange bar at the bottom and right of the pic, didn't think you would want that. If you do, let me know I can put it back in.

And thank you very much for the kind words.

Does anyone know where I can get that desktop with the guy standing on a cliff and looking out toward an island with a woman in the surf. Its like a faraway view of them both from the side. I thought it was D. Lanhams work but when I checked his site I couldnt find it. Thanks in advance.
