So, is there a way to tell one specific program, to use one specific network interface for connecting to the internet? Assume I want the app to use an interface that is not configured as the default internet connection, aka it's not at the top of the list. But I don't want any other apps to use it, just this one app. Ideally the program would have such a setting built in... but it doesn't.

So just to restate the question, I want all my apps to use the default network interface for connecting to the internet, except one particular app, which I want to use a secondary or tertiary network interface for all of it's connecting.

There isn't any real way to do that. All network traffic for all apps goes through the same network interface. What exactly are you trying to do? Maybe there's an alternate solution.
