How do i get my old address book that i time machined and manually put it on my new formated osx.

Your data is held in home/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/AddressBook.data

so you should be able to find the old version and place it in this location. Of course, you will delete the current file there, so make sure that this is really what you want to do.
