I have a refurbished iPod up for sale. I got it as a replacement from AppleCare because my last one's hard drive went out. It has been used for a total of an hour, and kept in Apple's soft case, so there is only one light scratch.
It comes with everything that would normally come in an iPod box, minus headphones. The Dock Connector cable is frayed in one spot, but it works perfectly fine.
