OMG. Reporting on a real credible terror threat.
What a change. Under Pres. Bush, it was a terror alert every few weeks about 'possible' terror threats. After the presidential election, it basically stopped.
Are we electing a new president this year?
Doofy, explain to us how reporting on a real terror threat helps democrats during this election period?

Bush Tax Cuts == Job Killer

2.21 million jobs were LOST after 2 years of Bush Tax Cuts.

No, you don't want to vote for freedom. Carry on voting for the establishment. They will protect you. Yes.

The frequent terror alert warnings under Bush actually continued through the Obama inauguration, but Obama specifically directed that Homeland Security change its thresholds for alerts and how and where they changed alerts.
On the other hand, it's still not clear just where the intelligence that helped locate these packages came from-it certainly wasn't something that the administration cooked up. I do think this is related to the elections next Tuesday, but from the other direction: I believe someone in Yemen was trying to influence our elections through "making a statement" with explosives.

We should also note three other events this week:
- Barry was wrong about BP. Nicely knocked off the top spot by this scare.
- The UK has been making moves towards less aviation security.
- Trials of the new "sexy" pat-downs at airports haven't been going down well in public opinion.
This is way too clumsy for AQ.

I'm not sure if he meant to be that sarcastic, but after thinking about him, I gave him credit and changed my comment. With Lint, you never know though.

"If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, ‘We're gonna punish our enemies and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us,' if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it's gonna be harder and that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2."
