This image is a few years old now but found it today when looking back to my trip to NY City a few years ago. Not a perfect shot for focus as I was trying to quickly take the shot without him knowing. I get a kick out of the old guy sitting at the Apple bench playing with the laptop and the big beard.

Agreed.
I like how the hair on his templates grows down and merges with his beard. He could have a killer Saint Nicholas look for the holidays. (The more traditional, tall, thin, European-style Saint Nick as opposed to the fat, jolly, Coca-Cola-produce Santa Claus of the US.)
