Partitions vs. ExtensionManager config.

Hey guys, I have a G4 400 with 3 HDs (2 10Gig, 1 30Gig) and I have a question. I use my computer for audio(PT LE/DP3), webdesign(Flash/HTML), light video editing (FC, Premiere) and web of course. Right now I have one 10Gb HD with OS 9.1 and OS X in partitions and the other 10Gb for audio storage only. I just got the 30Gb and I was wandering. What if I had two different partitions for OS 9.1, one w/ the OS Base extentions + the audio extentions and the other one with all the rest installed?! Of course I'll need one more partition for OS X. But the question here is: Does it make any difference on stability to have different Extention Manager Setups or have a totally different partition for different setups?

Eh, don't bother. Its not worth the hassle of rebooting so often.
You just won't see a performance boost...
Partition, by all means - but don't bother with different system configs. Keep a system for Classic, a sytem for real use, and maybe a backup system.
