I bought mine from NCIX.com (ships from BC - pay only GST). 2 sticks of Mushkin 1gb @ 667mhz sodimm for $230 or so. Pretty good deal. I think they have a mail in rebate right now for the dual channel kit.

I got mine from Tigerdirect.ca... took about 5 days for 2GB of OCZ RAM.
