I only found that from Gefen, but is expensive!
I have a vga-adc adaptor, but the adc is male. The only that I need it's a extension cable, ADC female/female, exists?, this is my solution, that or the another option is the VGA to ADC Conversion Box from Gefen.

the converter that you have is actually an ADC to VGA heince the male part so i think it is safe to say that it wont work
