6 months ago I've get a G5 Quad, 2.5gb's ram and 500gb HDD. Nvidia 6600.

It's a machine than can make run 2 Doom 3 at the same time in the maximum quality (ultra).

Unfortunately the PPC owners has arrived to the finish of him game-partys, now all are ports from ppc in the intel code, no universal and less ppc optimitzded.

Gears of Wars, Unreal Tournmanet 3 are titles with possibilites in my current setup

Huh? I can't parse that. Are you saying that the new ports are for Intel only?

I'll try my best to parse this, but some areas are hard to read.

My guess is that you are saying you can play Doom 3 fine on your G5 Quad with the Nvidia 6600, and you want to know if you can play Gears of War or UT3. Both of these are reported to be Mac ports and NOT games wrapped in Cider. But there has been no system requirements released for the Mac version, as far as I know. Hopefully Ryan Gordon, the programmer from Epic for these two (on Linux and Mac) will create a Universal Binary, so that G5 owners can play it, but it's unknowm at this time.

If the system requirements do say you can play those games on a G5 Power Mac, you may want to upgrade your graphics card to the ATI Radeon X1900GT Mac Edition, the card for PCIe PowerMac G5's
