We are testing our software we've created and the CDs do not run on MAC OS 10.1
We need to confirm that it runs on 10.2 to 10.4. I know It runs on 10.5 and 10.6 since that is what our office is running.
We need to test these version to verify they do in fact run on all operating systems. How can this done?

"CDs do not run": Do you mean that the CD does not mount in 10.1? Does this happen with multiple machines?
And why do you need to support an almost 10 year old operating system version? Set the system requirements to be 10.2 or greater and be done with it.

Ask for volunteers on a friendly Mac forum, who might still have older versions of OS X installed. You could send them a disk image for testing, and they'd report back on compatibility.

If you are serious about this, then pay the $99 and book a day at Apple's testing labs. Of course you will want to contact them ahead of time to make sure that they will have the older OSs available for you (a quick look at the hardware lists says that you can go back at least to 10.2).

Why would you worry about anything older than 10.4?

Well, I know there are still a lot of people running 10.3.9. on old G5s, for instance. Depending on what the software on the CD is, they very well may need to be backward compatible that far back, or further.
