Internet Connect Hangs

	using 10.3.5 When attempting to create a new VPN connection with Internet Connect, the application hangs on the "Loading VPN(PPTP)" screen. In fact, it hangs when accessing Bluetooth and the Modem and the summary page never shows up, too. Is it possible to "re-install" Internet Connect or is there another remedy? Thanks - Paul
