I have Civ 4 for Windows and was wondering if I could use its data with the Mac executable. And no, i do not want to run boot camp or parallels.

I don't think you will pass the CD check - the Mac binary checks for the Mac CD.

I think what he's asking is if Save Games would work between the two platforms. I have no idea if they will but is certainly worth a try.

No, I was asking about what P was referring to. Thanks for the replies guys. I guess noone has actually tried this though? Can I get the Mac Binary from the updates?

Yes, but it's not straightforward. You'll have to manually extract it from the installer.
