Can anyone explain me in human language how to decrypt an ios4 image dmg file? I know I have to use this script, https://code.google.com/p/iphone-dataprotection/
but I am not sure how to do this, working with terminal and stuff I never did.
I did manage to create a dmg file of my iphone, but I need to decrypt it now in order to recover data from it.
Is this difficult?

Sure, its my own iphone, but I deleted all my pics once, and now I lost it and want to recover it from the dmg image., with password you mean the pin code? or the security code? anyways, I both have them.

If its encrypted, there will be an encryption key to decrypt it. Its generated from the device code but I have no idea how. Don't you have your pics backed up to iPhoto?

You could try MacKrack, it should be able to brute force the code for the DMG in a few days.
if you can work out how many characters the code is it will be quicker.
