That dude is really not very good at tech support.

Not once did he explain that Google occasionally put crap in their logo and that all she has to do is navigate away from the Google page.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

Yes, I watched it.
The tech guy was useless - that could have been cleared up in two minutes flat but instead he chose to keep repeating "it'll go away tomorrow".
Well, why will it go away tomorrow? What's it doing there in the first place?

I did it for a while. Hell is in fact inside a Cox communications call center cubicle. I met the devil there as well.

wasn't there some kind of bug with the google pacman, that those using IE could close the tab but the noises stayed loaded?
