I am wanting to buy an iPod and was debating to purchase now versus waiting for the next revision to the iPod line. Can someone tell me when the latest line of iPods were released?

Rather probable update in January. Worth holding off until? I got the 5 GB yesterday, because I like the moving wheel better and I will never, ever fill up the other iPods (I'm a muisc snob).
