It's not Mac related, but I've put a Socket A motherboard up for auction. It's probably only good for parts, and probably not of much interest around here. Here it is anyway.
Just FYI, Socket A is 462 pin connector for AMD K7 based processors.
Slot 1 is not the same. It's a slot based connector, and I don't remember if it was what AMD used, or what Intel used.

Whoops, my bad. At least I've got the info correct on the auction site.
Slot 1 was used by Intel for all Pentium 2 and some early Pentium 3 processors. I believe some Celerons also used Slot 1, at least the ones that came as a cartridge.
Do you think you could change the title of this thread to read Slot A instead Scott? Thanks.
