Convert MacWrite (v. 1) files to RTF, etc.

	I found 2 or 3 old MacWrite files that had somehow survived my upgrades through the years without getting converted. Now MacLink PLus, Appleworks 6, etc do not convert files of this type. It isn't worth $65 to buy CanOpener for these files. Is there another way native to OS X to convert old MacWrite files? I had found something online about using old XTND plugins with a program that supports them such as Tex-Edit Plus, iText, etc. But I don't have any old versions of Claris, etc, I don't have any old Macs around that still function. I need an OS X native solution. Any ideas? Thanks
