This is the kind of theme I've been waiting for. I can't wait for it to come out...

Oh, and I agree with Makki on the Slick Orange note. Loved that theme to death. Any chance at all?

I'll probably release the update in the next couple of days. I started to skin some apps, but it's a slow go and I might just realease the theme anyways.

When it get's released, just make a modded version for yourself.. you only have to change the color of the one widegt throughout the theme.. Should take you about 20mins.

So tonight I went through one of those phases where you try pretty much every theme you have, but none of them please you. (And by 'try', I mean "apply"... not just "preview")

RYB will be the perfect theme to satisfy my theme craving... I've just been wanting something with enough color... I love Slick Orange, but I feel the need for a variety of colors. RYB will be awesome....

So the sooner you get this theme out, the sooner I will be sane again.

Whoa. I was doing/thinking the exact same thing last night! At least we'll have X-Metal on Saturday. That should hold me over (I hope).

I'm waiting just like the rest of you. But since I've already waited a year, I guess I can wait a little longer

Yeah, I know. I just haven't peeked under the hood of a theme since the Kaleidoscope days. I'm a bit behind the times in that regard.

RYB got put on hold for a little bit, along with the rest of my theming. Other priorities, etc etc. I'm going to dive back into it within the next couple of days, though.

Maybe we should pool or money and buy you a keg of beer asa bribe? That's great news Wibs.. I am really looking forward to using this theme. Though it might be tough to give up the addiction to ProLCD [Blue].. Getting the shakes, isn't a good thing for a designer.

I hope college chills for you, the rest of your life is like glass, and that you can really get you theme groooooooooooovvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee.... on bro!

I've resumed work on RYB. No ETA as it's one of too many projects, but I promise it's not dead.

I feel really bad for it taking this long wag, when I offered to do it I really did see myself as being able to get it out the door pretty quickly. You know how it goes though, one thing after another... etc etc. I'm glad to finally be making progress on it again, I'll get you a version showing what I've done in a couple weeks. Thanks for not beating me with the stick for all these delays

That's kind of why I don't mind the wait. I'd rather see it done right, then half-assed.

Hate to sound like a broken record by asking this again a month later but....

any news on progress? I know it takes a lot to do this stuff and with other things going on its probably time consuming. I just cant wait to see this theme. No pressure here, just asking politely if its still in the works.

Is it just me, or is there a different font being used in the title bar?

No, it's the same font. It's probably just a different level of antialiasing in Photoshop.

On another level, I've not received anything contact from wibs about the status of this thing in FOREVER. Wibs....you still out there?

Would you mind if someone other than Wibs were to build this theme? I would like to have a go at it. Sent you a PM about it, as well as an email. WAG, please respond.

THE MAC COMMUNITY NEEDS THIS THEME. BADLY.

(HERE'S WHY)

I dunno about the rest of you, but this is the best looking, most professional theme I've ever seen for OSX.

Oh, I agree. I really want to see this. But only if brushed metal windows look right. I've seen good themes that look teriffic, but then I open iTunes or QT or iChat and it all goes down the drain. Metal MUST look good. Take Milk for instance. I am using Milk and Metal looks great in Milk. So if a theme has crappy Metal, I won't use it.
