The
BBC is quoting a report by the Congressional Research Service, which states the cost of campaigns in Afganistan and Iraq could reach $811bn.
While this of course is a lot, isn't the money still mostly circulated back into the US economy, in the form of salaries, equipment purchases, service rentals and so on?
This huge injection of course tilts the US economy, but is it bad? At least it keeps the wheels turning?
