Nice! I'm glad they decided to do this. The 20" alone has come from 1299 to 799 in 9 months! Now is it cheap enough to be an alternative to Dell?

Yup... makes the Dell 24" vs Apple 23" much harder.

In the end, I went with the Apple 23" after my wife said to me "I just can't see you buying a Dell"

that is the LAST piece of hardware I buy at an Apple retail store!!!

Just spoke to them, bought a 20" cinema there on Apr 6th. The will NOT honor the price and credit me back, quoting their 14-day policy.

Meanwhile if I had bought it from Microcenter or CompUSSR here in town, I'd be looking at a nice $200+ tax credit because they have the industry norm 30-day price adjustment policies.

WTG apple.
