I need help understanding ..... I want to make gifs. I also have GifBuilder. I understand it works well with Photoshop, I just don't understand how to do the tasks. I need help.

You could output a number of frames as GIF files, and then string the together with Stone GIFfun <- a pretty fool-proof app for this sort of thing

Thank you for your feedback. Primarily I want to learn how to make gifs the Photoshop Elements way. I know it can't be so difficult. There are step by step tutorials in the help file for Photoshop Elements. Just search in the help file for gifs.
