Brand new basically, i used it to film the birth of my son, and havnt used it since then since it was a second camcorder in the house. Everything in the box that came with it you will get too. It was purchased in December so it still has the factory warranty for another 8 months, im also going to include 5 mini DVD disk to record right out of the box when you get it.
