don't know offhand, but I have an original Message Pad and a Newton 120 and have found precious little info...try a Sherlock search for Newton with various modifiers...I remember a couple of places that had a bunch of links...best I can do...good luck

unfortunately, Newton is not a servicable product...
i hav the Apple service manual for the MPs, but it states that it was to be sent to the company and replaced... so there wouldnt b "official" repair places for them...

Hey,

A year or two ago, I knew a guy who did some Newton repairs for a good price. Depending on the model you needed repaired, he might be able to do it.

David Watson at http://www.grapevine.net/~drnewton/

I don't know if he's still doing repairs... but worth an email.

Best thing to do including sending to Dr.Newton is to call 1-800-SOS-APPL. They will FedEX a box to send to Tenn.(AppleRepair) and it will take seven to ten business days. Cost is US$189.00, it includes *ANY* hardware problems, so write down every hardware problem that needs attention.

...or maybe you should just buy a used one if the repair cost is too high.

BTW, which Newton is it? I have all the Newtons except the MP110.
