I just picked up a Maxtor One Touch III FW 400/800 USB2.0 External HDD, it is 300 GB came with a so called bonus 20GB all this for 169.99, I am stoked been needing one for awhile now.

That's an amusing way of advertising it... it's not a 320GB HDD, it's a 300GB HDD with 20GB bonus! Why not be a 200GB HDD with 120GB bonus?

Could have had another 80GB bonus if you bought drive and enclosure seperately... $70 FW800/USB enclosure + $100 400GB HDD.

Maybe the "bonus" comes from them actually counting gigabytes the proper way, as 1024 megabytes, instead of 1000 megabytes as other drive makers do.
