Mac OSX Quit Unexpectedly..?

Well I unplugged my laptop and moved it downstairs, it is a PB G4 that I use for surfin web and watchin movies and listening to music. When I plugged it in downstairs it took a bit of time to start and I had to do the hold down power button cause the screen for some reason never felt like turning on, and then when it did restart screen came on and comes up with this:

Are you using a Ralink wifi card in the PCMCIA slot?

No. I do have a Belkin wifi usb that i use from time to time tho.
