Apparently Comcast's email servers went down nationwide earlier this morning. If you rely on a Comcast email address for important business, you might want to shift to a Gmail address for the time being.
For their part, there is nothing anywhere on Comcast's website acknowledging any problem. Nor is there any indication as to when the outage will be rectified.
Update: Service appears to be back now for most customers.
