So I was reading a post on engadget and a few people mentioned
"currently no 3rd party video dock allows on screen menus for anything outside of the iPods music folder "
and "you guys are missing the point - Apple only gives 3rd parties access to the music directory of an iPod - so any onscreen menu is limited to the music folder - no way of selecting video on screen with a remote. "
I was pretty surprised at this. Currently I would love a way to get the music information/menu system out to my tv. Is this now possible with the new cables? Is there a dock/output cable that will give me a track playing/navigation of album/playlist/artist selection?
