good evening all! i just updated to 10.3.4 and i like to keep my clock on in the menu bar and it is now gone. i have set it several times in system prefs, and it will not display (i can put it in a window, but that is annoying for me) but i can open date & time, set it, lock so no changes can be made, go to another preference or quit and open again and it is off. is there a hidden thing i can change in terminal or a way to ensure it will work through my system prefs? thank you!!

some people are like slinkys: they don't do much, but are fun to push down stairs.

Try repairing permissions. Maybe that's why your setting doesn't stick.

Maybe try going into system > core service > menu extras > and double clicking on the clock.
