All things considered, one GQ man of the year is no different from the next.

I shouldn't have won, but what has he done that was so great. His music has gotten old, and I never saw his movie as most didn't. So what did he do that was so great?

Well what is the award based on? If it was doing something "great" then, no, he shouldnt have won. But if it's who was successful this year, who has risen to fame, and who has moved their career forward the most, he is certainly a candidate. It doesn't really matter if his music has gotten "old," since he sold a lot of records and got a lot of airtime. He had many club hits and everyone knows his songs. I'd say that is a reasonable measure of success. And in the world of business greatness isnt really about who is the best -- it's about who sells the most, gets the greatest mindshare, and so on.
I never saw his movie either, but from what i've heard it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Not cool! Will he be on the cover? If yes, I hope my first issue of GQ arrives after this.

GQ turned into Maxim Lite a few years ago. That's why 50 Cent is its Man of the Year.
Switch to Esquire and all will feel right again.

He is the reason white suburban teenagers can't pronounce "everybody" correctly anymore.

Yes, let's sing the praises of a convicted felon who gets involved in drug related shootings and retaliates by hiring a hit. Subsequently, he uses these actions to garner interest in his music. I see many reasons why we should place him on a pedestal and say how great he is.

The thing is that he has been around for a bit now, and is well known, I can't see him going away anytime soon (unfortunately), even if people have tried. I mean, its not as if shooting him works!!

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Agree 100%. Someone should finish the job so he can hang out with Tookie.

That means you care quite a bit. If you could NOT care less that means that you dont' care so much there's no possible way you could care even less. So ...uh.. yeah. You care.
