I have a friend's blog... but it seems I never care what he says... I still really don't get the whole people caring about what people chose to blog about, I mean sometimes it's interesting... but most of the time it's worse than a bad podcast .

Anyway, I was looking at mine one day and I even had two random people leave comments... scared me a bit... dono why exactly. But I think there have to be more blogs than people who read them.

I just discovered Mimi New York. Welsh girl who came to New York, is an illegal immigrant, posts mean detailed things about her coworkers, men she dates and working as a stripper.

She doesn't seem to give a fuck, it's rather interesting reading.

I read several most days, I have the RSS feeds from them and scan the titles via my.yahoo.com.

I read a whole bunch of blogs and scan the headlines for another 30 or so. Mostly written by professionals about their, and my, field of work. Marketing, advertising, design. And boingboing.net of course.

I use NetNewsWire though, no bookmarks.

I have a few author friends' blogs bookmarked, as well as a friend or two. Nothing exciting. My blog is as boring as watching mold grow.

i'll pretty often take a look if i see a link to a blog in somone's sig here. i've prob had a gander at most of the "lounge regulars" blogs at some time or another, just out of idle curiosity - and i can see from my webstats that a few people here have read mine [presumably for the same reason]. i havenae bookmarked any tho'.

mine's pretty much just me railing against the world. i'm not egotistical enough to think it'll be of any interest to the word at large - but it keeps my blood pressure down and i think it's good discipline to try and write an article at least once or twice a week.
