Hey everyone... I'm a Java programmer and I'm looking to make MacOS X native programs. I know all of the arguments by now: Obj-C is better supported and it's just better to learn it, yada yada.
Yet, I don't really hear of anyone using Java-Cocoa. It's obviously somehow supported by Apple, but how should I go about learning it? I have a book called "Programming for MacOS X" that has all examples in both Java and Obj-C. I've also read the Java-Cocoa tutorial from Apple.
But let's say I really get into it... what are some key resources I need to know to be able to do everything someone using Obj-C would do? I'm worried about diving into this if it's going to be too much of a pain. I'm not quite prepared to dive into Obj-C quite yet, however, so I'm kinda excited to just start creating programs in a language I know.
Any suggestions?
