when one of my windows isnt active it becomes clear on programs such as safari
is there any way to change that and if so
how would i do it?

You must have installed some haxie that does that. Uninstall it or find its preferences to change this behavior.

For the benefit of our non native English speaking readers, and for general legibility, please refrain from using "IM Speak" or "AOL Speak" when posting messages to the forms. It makes things hard to read sometimes.
I once received a semi-professional email from someone looking for a job who used a whole bunch of these IM-like shortcuts. Very annoying. Did not get job.
