Conversions are always tricky things to work with. Sure, there are workarounds, little tricks to estimate how many centimeters in a foot, or how to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa, but these aren't precise, and thus aren't perfect for every situation. That's where Convertizo 3 comes in, a sleek, easy-to-use app that's got your back when it comes to converting just about anything.

Maybe, like us, you're an American who finds themselves constantly having to bounce back and forth between the metric system and the standard American system, be it for work in the science lab, or simply because you're communicating with non-US friends online. Maybe you're trying to order something on eBay that woefully only states American measurements, but you're used to the metric system. Maybe you're trying to convert things between different sizes, like feet to acres, acres to mile, or miles to kilometers. Whatever the reason, Convertizo 3 can handle it.

Our favorite thing about Convertizo 3 is the simple style and easy-to-navigate layout. What you see is what you get, and what you get is an app that takes almost no time to learn how to use, and gives you great results every time you use it. Simply tap what you're looking for, from angle to area to money and more, and pick the units you're looking to switch between. It's fast, it's easy, and there's no ambiguity, like some other conversion apps.

Convertizo 3 isn't an app that is trying to reinvent the way you convert things, it's just trying to make it easier and pleasing to look at -- which is entirely respectable. It wins, hand down, for best conversion app we've used yet. Convertizo 3 is available for $4, and works with both the iPad and the iPhone.

Who should snag Convertizo 3:
We think that most people would benefit from being able to have a simple-to-use conversion app like this one on hand.

Who shouldn't snag Convertizo 3:
In the rare case that you never need to convert anything between American Standard and Metric, or convert currencies from one form to another, don't worry about grabbing this one.

Me: "Siri, how many meters is 192 inches?"

Siri: "192 inches is 4.88 meters."

Do you really need anything else?
