Hey guys. I just bought the Titanium 1Ghz and i just have a little problem today
I was working on it, and I closed the screen. When i came back the color was messed up, blue turned into pink, and others...
I restarted, reseted the PRAM, and went to reset the NVRAM.
Suddenly the light went off. And its like that till now.
I can start it, I can see the desktop but theres no light, As if a lamp has break.
Any one knows what to do now?

It is clear that you should call up Apple right away.. no doubt it is some cable caught in the hinge system .. but why not get Apple to fix it?

Because Apple Brazil sucks..
Their price for Apple products are really high, so I ordered it from Apple USA, and Apple Brazil wont fix it in warranty cuz i havent bought it from them.
So i was wondering if there was anyway that I could fix it myself
Im using it now connected to an external monitor
thats the only solution for now

The right side of my screen (more or less) just last night became dimmer than the left side of my screen, which appears normal. Also a white image (like the blank portions of a web page) appear "pinker" than the rest of the screen in the unaffected area. Appears to be a backlight issue. Too bad because everything else was perfect. I'm going to live with it a while until the screen brouhaha dies down. I'm posting here to make sure I hear from anyone else with backlighting problems. Thanks!
