SHOULD I be concerned? What does this mean?
I have an iMac with OSX 10.6.8

Nothing. Don't worry about it. Repairing permissions is a pointless exercise unless you're actually seeing problems beforehand.

Mac OS X: Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions messages that you can safely ignore
