Yeah, it should be no problem to send it back.

Since March 27, 2007, I have sent 3 (each) MacBook Pros 2.33 MHz back to Apple. The first 2 where refurbs. They arrived in perfect physical condition. But both arrived DOA. These were refurbs that are put through Apples stringent refurb process....right. The latest one was sent back yesterday; it was a Brand new MacBook Pro, that arrived with a warped screen. The 4th one should be arriving tomorrow. This is the last chance for Apple. They have given me, to date, an ipod shuffle and $100 refund for compensation. But I think if this next one has issues, something is telling me not to switch to Apple.

Not that I don't believe you but I think you are either a anti Apple troll or you have a delivery person who hates you or you have no electricity in your trailer park. To have 2 DOAs in a row and a warped screen is most unlikely!

Wow, that's why they didn't work. Thanks for pointing that out. Allow me to articulated the DOA. DOA is what the tech support classified the "trouble" as, both computers worked out the box, they just repeatedly gave me the Grey Screen of Mystery. So however unlikely it may be, that's my reality. Anti Apple, not quite.

Ignore those people. Obviously they're assuming, which makes them look like an ass.

I wish you good luck on your new MBP!

I got my refurb MacBook Pro today and it was near flawless. I don't know why I was stuck in Windows land for so long!

Hey.. You said near flawless. That means that there are some flaws, right? Can you tell me very detailed what the flaws are?

Thanks in advance!

I just got mine on Friday, and it IS flawless. Couldn't be happier. Absolutely no cosmetic defects. I doubt you could tell it apart from brand new.

Yeah, there was a scratch on the box that held the Tiger discs.

Other than that, it looks brand new. Pretty glad I bought it. Now I'm just looking to learn how to use the OS itself. And Parallels ROCKS!

Parallels in Coherence mode is one of the most impressive things I've seen in awhile.
