I have had it with my new so called Might Mouse. Between the random lagging and the poor battery life, I am searching for a new mouse. I have had a MS Intellimouse which worked well but didn't last long. Looking for opinions on what everyone else is using.

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

I've got the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000, I like it a lot. It's laser, not optical. It's not my main mouse, rather for a second machine in my house. If I were using it every day, I'd probably like the larger one(never seen that before, surely it's new).

I believe it's on sale a Best Buy or Office Depot this week also.

Thanks for the replies guys. I actually think I found my mouse issues. The problem was, since I got my new Macbook Pro I have had mouse problems. While moving the mouse it would occasionally trail off in a slow laggy tantrum. It is very frustrating. Last night I realized it would stop doing this if my wrists were no where on the laptop like when typing. Sure enough, I put a pad under my wrist and it has stopped. I am thinking there is something weird with the trackpad. I have since turned it off when the mouse is present, and sure enough, the issue has gone away. I guess I will hold onto my Mighty Mouse until I talk to apple to see what would cause this.
