For those who have to use Windows, I've found something that makes the experience far more palatable: Mac OS X Cursors for Windows. This is a great cursor set to replace the ugly, annoying default that was really getting on my nerves a couple of days ago. To install them, download the pack and then click the Change mouse pointers link in the Personalization control panel. Then, for each cursor, click browse and replace the default with the corresponding OS X version. I'm so much happier now with these installed. Trust me, you may think it's a small thing, but you'll be much happier afterward if you install these cursors.

Very nice. I don't use Windows at home, but if I did I would love this, expect for the pinwheel wait cursor. I already see that too much.

Thanks. I'm going to load it in a win7 vm to see it in action.
I'm looking for an os x sl or lion theme for win7, something easy to load, no theme software, if anyone has suggestions.
