I accidentally call my son my dog's name all the time. I guess I'm batshit crazy too.

I'd say the other insanity in this thread is beyond misspeaking someone's name.

There's a difference between senility and batshit craziness and I don't think it's unlikely chongo is aware but couldn't waste an opportunity to take a shot at her.

Considering he lives in the Trump Glass Tower that's a pretty damn balls stone to throw.

I kind of understand this. A. It's curmudgeonly, but assuming you knew that name for a long time before he changed it it's just reflex. What is Puff Daddy called nowadays?

It's also the reason we still call xfinity comcast.

Though I would be amused if your father called Verizon Illinois Bell.

It's true. My mother is crazy (dementia) and she's 72, it happens. I'd say she hasn't called anyone by their correct name in close to 5 years. At least she isn't violent.

My kids sometimes call Costco 'Price Club,' even though the name was changed to Costco years before either was born, just because my wife and I still do. Even other peoples habits die hard.

Also Cassius Clay rolls off the tongue beautifully. I think that plays into people's habits - which is easier to say, Comcast or xfinity?

Related side note: One of the guys I went to grade school with had an autographed photo of Lew Alcindor. If he still has it it may worth something.

I always thought Alcindor was a great last name mostly because I think of smoking cinders

I have an autographed Cassius Clay photo of him receiving the gold medal in boxing (1960), no idea what it's worth but I'd never sell it.

Chongo, who do you think qualifies as being batshit crazy in the Republican party (or people associated with it - pundits, etc.) over the last 10 years or so? And, can you answer this without bringing up the Democrats?

Hillary brought up the Democrats in 1992- so where is that investigation?
