I have been trying for an hour or so to enable the "One Step Update" feature of Quicken 2002 for checking and savings accounts but have met with no success. I'm looking for someone to help me via email to fix whatever it may be that is screwed up.

I continue to get this error when I hit the "One Step Update" option.

"Quicken did not receive all of the information required to connect. There may be a problem with account setup or the Internet connection. Please verify that you have enabled this account for the correct financial institution, then try again [OL-238]."

As far as I know everything is setup the way it should be...hence some assistance is needed.
