I just upgraded from Panther to Tiger. Everything went pretty smooth (Did an erase and clean install) except for one little problem with my iTunes music. I coped all of my .mp3 files onto a backup drive and then after installing the OS I copied them back and imported into iTunes.

For some reason (no idea why) I have about 6 songs that have lost their ID3 tag info. Is there a way that I can instruct iTunes to re-connect to the internet and download the appropriate ID3 tag info or do I need to dig out my CDs and enter the info in manually?

Thanks

Ruahrc

In iTunes, go to the Advanced menu and click on "Get CD Track Names".

Click on the 6 tracks and do a Get Info (apple i). You'll be able to edit everything but the track names which has to be done individually.
