I finally downloaded and installed the upgrade for VPC 7 over the past 24hrs (didn't finalize until tonite, downloaded last night, didn't have to take that long but got a little sidetracked!); suffice it to say that, on first glance, I am very impressed. I don't have measurable metrics to compare performance pre- and post-install, but I use this program daily for fairly demanding programs and there is a very distinct difference.
I'm not trying to be a shill for MS, but for a program that holds me up due to performance issues most of the time, this is an improvement. Anyone else with similar (or conflicting) results?
