So I am capturing footage with a Samsung SCD303 with FCP 5.1. The footage was originally filmed on a Sony PD-170. I don't have the PD-170 with me right now (and wouldn't capture with it anyways as that would ruin the heads). So I am capturing the footage with this cheapo samsung camera, every time I capture the camera displays a symbol on the LCD that look like a play symbol and pause symbol next to each other and the footage stops playing. The FCP capture window says "looking for break in timecode". I am unable to capture any video, is there a solution or will this camera just not work?

Thanks.
