I have a Powerbook Ti15 with an LCD monitor hooked up via the DVI port and a TV monitor via the S-Video port. Why is it that if I want to view something on the TV via the S-Video port, I have to unplug the LCD monitor from the DVI port (but not the other way around, i.e. I can keep everything plugged in if I just want to use the LCD monitor through the DVI port)?

Anyone with fix for this? Or is it just impossible 'cause my computer doesn't have enough power to run both simultaneously?

The graphics chips in Powerbooks can only drive one external interface at a time. They are not designed to drive more than just the internal panel and one external interface at once. It's simply the way the chip is designed and I don't think any graphics chips or cards can do what you wish. You would need another graphics processor to do it.
