Why, I just love your constructive criticism.
For which do you need Limewire: warez, music, or porn?

The server made a boo boo. (403)

i'm sure people that have used limewire 1.8c have said the same exact thing as me. it crashes more than any other os x program i've seen.
there's no need to get snooty. go take a nap.
welcome to the 21st century; where music is free. if you don't like it, shut yer yap.

Ok use Limewire for porn, and some mp3s.
Use Sputnix and audio galaxy for most MP3s
and use carracho for warez, mp3s and porn (note carrscho is for non leachers, so be perpared to upload 1st)

This prolly belongs in third party but there is a java client for eDonkey. If you're lucky enough to connect to a server then it's pretty good.

I seem to remember LimewireX, during the 1.7-series, being a decent gnutella client. It has gotten worse: more dropped connections, slower searches, & that idiotic mp3 player (the prefs give you the choice "disable" it, but doing so seems to have no effect).
Do a VT search for "gnutella" (think I've got the spelling right); MacPhex, RageMP3 and ISwipe are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I haven't tried any of them.

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."
