Well I stumbled onto this website http://www.applet-bg.com/

Now I can't read a word on it but one thing that cought my eye is the clear iTools logo thing on the site.

That site looks like it has nothing to do with apple and that they are not legaly using that logo. the image itself is on there server but it's the exact one as on iTools (ok .mac)

If Apple created the image, then Apple could sue them for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, etc. Of course, I don't know what it takes to sue some small ISP in Russia.

They ripped the pic right off the .Mac site. You can see the "brushed metal" part below the globe.

Why are the header sections in english, but the rest of the text in Russian?

Not that it will do any good, but I sent an e-mail off to Apple's Trademark / CopyWrite team informing them of this blatent ripoff.

They're in Russia? If so, good luck to Apple concerning trademark enforcement, unless they do some serious bribery.
If you put a bullseye on yourself, don't be surprised when someone takes a shot at you.
