this is probably been asked 420 times, but can you shuffle through playlists?
I like my lists but dont want to hear the same order all the time, neither i have the time to manually suffle things up.
Any ideas?
Thnx

go to settings, shuffle, songs...play one song on your playlist and it should shuffle throughout that playlist.

You can also scroll through your playlists, and then when you would click the middle button, just hit play instead.

Are you trying to shuffle playlists, or songs within a playlist?

uhhh...youre not doing something right.
starting from the main menu....
scroll to settings and click the middle button...
scroll to shuffle and click the middle button once so that it displays songs...(not albums)
then press menu to get out of the settings menu...
find the playlist you wanna play...
select any song and it should start with that song and shuffle throughout the rest of the list (you should see a shuffle icon on your ipod screen while in shuffle mode...its small, but its there)
if this does not work, your ipod probably has a defect but i usually tend to blame the fiddler not the fiddle.

Btw, it will always start with song "#1" but it won't always be the same song when you're shuffling. It's just the iPod's way of letting you know where you are by how many songs are in the current list you're playing.
