What resolution do you run your classic iMac at?

I find my wife's iMac to be too uncomfortable to run at higher than 800x600 but at least we get a high refresh rate at that res.

Does anyone run at 1024x768? Or 640x480?

1024 x 768.
I find anything smaller just annoying.

i run mine at 1024, anything else leaves too little space, especially in osX. one of my biggest gripes about the new imac is that it only goes to 1024, i'd buy one if it went higher - having loads of screen space is great.

I started using 1024x768 after installing OS X. It simply uses up too much screen real estate at 800x600.

I too run into the "cramped" feeling, especially when coming from my cube which runs 1280x1024 on the 17" LCD. (But the characters are SO much bigger on that LCD.)

I haven't put X back on that iMac yet. Maybe I'll change my mind about the 800x600 after I do. (But I'm hard pressed to find a reason to do so since my kids education titles all run just fine in OS 9.) <<-- I'm an OS X junkie, but I'm resisting the urge to push it on the wife and kid until I have a good reason to do so.

I run mine at 800x600. Everything is just too small at 1024. And why should I make my puny Rage Pro work harder than it needs to.
I know a guy from nantucket, and well lets just say the stories about him are greatly exaggerated.
