Hello, I have something of a problem. Each time I boot off my Mac Care CD inorder to rebuild the directory of my hard drive (OS 9.04) using DiskWarrior, Finder quits and suggests that I restart my computer. Why is this happenning? I am perplexed. A great thanks to any who can advise!

hard to guess from here...
try running disk fisr aid.
try rebuilding the desktop,
zapping the pram (check your manual).

is your version of diskwarrior compatible with your system version?

too many variables, but how is your mac running in general? if okay, there may be no benefit to running dskwrrr...
